The development integrates comprehensive marine and leisure infrastructure, featuring a full-service marina, an exclusive yacht club, dedicated diving centers, and extensive architectural landscaping, supported by a multi-story parking facility accommodating over 300 vehicles.

Leveraging the technical expertise of our engineers, the project involvement covered initial foundation works alongside the complete execution of Phase 1 technical and engineering studies prior to the project entering its current on-hold phase.
