Sea Mountain View

Located along the coastline of Tartus, Syria, the Sea Mountain View project is a premier multi-use coastal development comprising a nine-story hotel designed for lateral load resistance, commercial and administrative facilities, residential buildings, and luxury private villas.

The master plan features extensive earth-retention systems with engineered retaining wall heights, recreational swimming facilities exceeding 1,500 m² in surface area with depths up to 2 meters, and a centralized 1,500 m³ capacity water reservoir infrastructure.

Representing key team members' executive project track record, the scope encompassed comprehensive construction management, executive site supervision, and multidisciplinary coordination across civil, structural, electrical, and MEP engineering domains, translating external architectural designs into fully realized, high-performance infrastructure on site.
