Junada Resort

Located on the waterfront of Tartus, Junada Resort is an integrated, mixed-use development with an ambitious target built-up area of approximately 512,000 m², encompassing prime commercial, residential, tourism, and luxury hospitality facilities.

Supervised by engineers from KOD Engineering Consultants, Phase 2 works encompassed the complete refurbishment and active operation of 130 luxury hotel rooms, signature landscape architecture, fine dining restaurants, and an exclusive Sky Bar.

The technical scope also included the engineering and execution of dedicated sports courts, expansive recreational swimming pools, coastal breakwaters, extensive vehicular parking zones, and critical marine infrastructure.
