Al-Ward Tower 25-Story Landmark High-Rise
High-Rise & Structural Engineering

Al-Ward Tower

Al-Ward Tower is a 25-story landmark high-rise development in Tartus, Syria, engineered to meet rigorous international standards for lateral wind and seismic resistance in accordance with the ASCE 7-22 code.

The structural framework integrates an advanced interaction system combining moment-resisting frames with reinforced concrete shear walls, supported by a heavy deep foundation network utilizing cast-in-place bored piles reaching depths of up to 20 meters.

Reflecting the end-to-end technical capability of the team, the engagement spanned the complete project lifecycle—delivering integrated architectural design, finite-element structural analysis, deep foundation engineering, full MEP system design, and complete site supervision from initial groundworks to final completion.

Location Tartus, Syria
