Situated along the scenic coastline of Tartus, the revitalization of the Karnak Tourist Resort represents a comprehensive master-planning and infrastructure overhaul designed to enhance visitor circulation and hospitality capacity.

KOD Engineering Consultants led the spatial restructuring of the property, delivering an updated master plan that introduced a broad pedestrian promenade directly linking the main entrance to the beachfront, alongside a flexible multipurpose plaza configured for open-air dining, cultural events, and public gatherings.

In addition to spatial reconfigurations across the site, our engineers provided rigorous on-site execution supervision, overseeing all civil works for new pathways and structural interventions, as well as managing the complete installation of electrical, sanitary, and plumbing networks across the entire development.
